Membership & Competition Terms

Glory Rewards Pty Ltd (ABN 47 673 065 006), trading as Noble Rewards Club.

These terms cover the Noble Rewards Club membership (a discount program) and the prize draws that members and the public can enter. By joining or entering you agree to them.

1. What you are paying for

Noble Rewards Club is a paid membership that gives you a discount program and member benefits — including access to curated partner discounts, member-only special offers, exclusive rewards and discounts on Noble merchandise. Your subscription fee is paid for these benefits.

As a free bonusof membership, members also receive entries into Noble’s prize draws, which accumulate the longer the membership continues. You do not have to be a member to enter a draw — single-entry packages are available without a membership. Entry into a draw is not the thing you are paying for.

2. Membership tiers & pricing

One-off single-entry packages are also available without a membership.

3. Billing & renewal

• Membership is a recurring monthly subscription. You consent to being charged the tier fee each month until you cancel.
• If a payment fails, we retry up to 4 times at 5-day intervals over 15 days, then the membership is discontinued.
• Any free trial automatically converts to a paid membership unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• We will give reasonable notice of any change to your fee before it takes effect.

4. Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time, in the same way you joined. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month, and you keep your benefits until then.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. There are no mid-cycle refunds.
• If you cancel and re-subscribe within 30 days, your accumulated entries and benefits are retained. After 30 days they are forfeited.

5. How entries work

• You receive your tier’s bonus entries on joining, and further entries accumulate for each continuous month you remain a member at your tier.
• Milestone bonuses: +5 entries at 6 months, then +10 at 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48 and 50 months, regardless of tier.
• A tier change applies from your next billing period.
• Entries for a particular draw are snapshotted before that draw opens, based on the entries you hold at that time.
• If your membership ends, accumulated entries are forfeited (subject to the 30-day re-subscription window above).

6. The draws

• Winners are drawn at random and independently by RandomDraws.com, an Australian provider, in a secure and transparent process.
• Each draw has its own published details: the entry period, the prize and its approximate value, the number of winners, and the draw date.
• Winners are contacted within 24–48 hours of the draw and results are published.
• Prizes are as described, are not transferable or exchangeable, and are not redeemable for cash unless stated.

7. Eligibility

Draws are open to residents of Australia aged 18 or over, excluding South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory. Noble’s discounts are available to members generally. Employees of Noble and their immediate families may be excluded from draws where required.

8. Redeeming partner discounts

After you join, you are added to our partner list and can browse and redeem partner discounts through the Noble Members Portal. Partner offers are subject to availability and to each partner’s terms.

9. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
